Head Ease Blend

Many of us experience tension in the neck and head areas when we're under stress, eating poorly or overly tired. This simple blend was designed to use when head and neck tension strikes. Definitely one of our our most popular blends!

To use, add 2 drops to a teaspoon of our Massage Base and rub lightly into the temples and the base of skull at the neck. Or, put 2 drops on a tissue and inhale for a few moments. Can also be diffused in room with one of our Aromatherapy Diffusers.

A blend of 100% pure Essential Oils: Lavender and Peppermint.
